In particular, most are in awe how Victory creates the show from her small desk, laptop, webcam, microphone and phone line. Yet there is no one like her. Victory's conversational-style interviews with celebrities like Lenny Williams, Melba Moore, Adina Howard, T-Rexx, Bernie Mac, Tony Terry, Lelee (SWV), Coko (SWV), Isaac Agyeman, and Jean Claude-LaMarre has even gained her accolades from her media peers.

The "JIG" is up for Jay-Z? - "I WILL NOT LOSE"

Rocawear's "I WILL NOT LOSE" may be their newest campaign but someone may end up losing and paying *BIG* in court. Possible two words: Trademark Infringement.
While Rocawear is featuring its "I WILL NOT LOSE" campaign headlining artists like Ciara and Chris Brown, Victory Waters SPEAKS! has some new information that may change some future plans for the licensing giant.
Victory Waters SPEAKS! has obtained copies of official documents from I WILL NOT LOSE, LLC. These attorney signed documents were sent to Mr. Shawn (Jay-Z) Carter, CEO Rocawear Licensing via Fed Ex (complete with tracking number). The first attorney letter sent on behalf of I WILL NOT LOSE, LLC was sent on August 13, 2007. First letter states "We represent I WILL NOT LOSE, LLC, a manufaturer of clothing, in connection with intellectual property matters." The letter goes on to explain the current use of the I WILL NOT LOSE mark currently in use by I WILL NOT LOSE, LLC headquartered in the Atlanta, GA area. Attorney's for the LLC say that due to Rocawear's inspirational brand campaign by the name of I WILL NOT LOSE, celebrating people who overcome adversity, that Rocawear's use of the I WILL NOT LOSE mark is indeed an IDENTICAL NATURE OF THE TRADEMARKS and thereby constitutes trademark infringement. The LLC's representative says "we demand that Rocawear discontinue any and all of this mark in the future."
